The hotel staff was very unfriendly.

I stayed here 4 nights and loved it. Exceptionally comfortable beds and climate control, a seating area and a writing table.

The staff there were welcoming and amazing. The room was amazing and functional, loved fine bed. The location was wonderful, at a short distance from The City.

No complains at all, the venue met requirements, recommend it. There were pleasant staff and rooms.

We had 2 days in Cancun, spending our time here lovely. We loved that the hotel was 33 minutes drive from the airport.

Decent position and long room. Always top-class, the staff were happy to help. Extraordinary view, a beautiful balcony, comfortable bed, too. The breakfast was reasonably priced, I liked it.

Food was amazing, room was relaxing, liked the luxury bathroom. The staff here was smart - good service & excellent communication. It was good to have alcoholic drinks in the salad bar.

Fairly friendly personnel, AWESOME food and drinks. Our room had a really comfy bed and an absolutely gorgeous view. Everything was fabulous during our stay yet disappointing aspect was dirty bathroom. Pretty cool hotel, 16 miles from Cancun airport.

Stayed here before, truly enjoyed the facilities and location. I dined next to the hotel at Casa Tequila. There was a shared kitchen for making my own meals. Furthermore, parking nearby was a bonus. This place is great value for money.

Decent base for a romantic escape in Cancun! Bonus was free Wi Fi. Can recommend this place to everyone...
